Bibidh Gautam

I work at Bevel Creatives Pvt. Ltd. where I focus on helping indie games that are “almost there.”
I’m obsessed with the small things: the sound of a click, the timing of a reward, the clarity of a UI screen, the moment a player decides to stay. I find what’s causing players to drop, and fix it without breaking what’s already working.
My journey initially started at the beginning of COVID-19 as a 3D Modeler. For around 4 years, I worked with dozens of creators and studios, helping them with 3D art and visual direction. Along the way, I got more and more involved in design decisions, and eventually decided, 3D Modeling is not the only thing I should limit myself to. I’ve since transitioned into a full-time design role, where I get to combine my love for visuals with my obsession for player psychology to uplift struggling games.
As a Chief Executive Officer at Bevel Creatives, I lead a talented team of young developers to collaborate on projects we select to work on. My role involves directing design decisions, overseeing project execution, and ensuring that our work consistently meets high standards of quality and creativity. I’m passionate about creating games that not only look great but also provide engaging and memorable experiences for players.
When I’m not working on games, you can find me playing guitar, watching dark conspiracy theory videos, or scrolling through infotainment content on Youtube or Tiktok. I also sketch sometimes, and I learn to cook new dishes once in a while!
